Welcome to Lysta's Health Hub! We invite you to access our service, but please note that your invitation is subject to your agreement with these terms of service. This document describes in detail your rights and our rights relating to the provision of the Lysta's Health Hub service, so please review these terms carefully.
By using our website you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions then you must not use our website. If you register with our website or buy any products or services from our website then we will ask you to expressly agree with these terms and conditions.
Subscription fees, your subscription fees will remain fixed during the initial term of your subscription unless you upgrade or add subscription packages, we may also choose to decrease your fee upon written notice to you.
Fee adjustments at renewal. Upon renewal, we may increase your fees, if this applies to you, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance from your renewal and the increased fees will apply at the start of the next renewal term. If you do not agree to this increase of decrease, either party can choose to terminate your subscription at anytime.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lysta's Health Hub or any other entity related to Lysta's Health Hub will not be liable for any damages, harm or loss whether financial or otherwise, incurred directly or indirectly. In no event shall the aggregated liability of Lysta's Health Hub exceed £100 or the greater amount that the amount you paid Lysta's Health Hub.
